The Plant has a specialised section for doing monocartons in E flute, G Flute, Narrow flute and C Flute high quality cartons.

Corrugation unit – Has a capacity of quickly changing between narrow flute, E flute and G flute with a short change over time and high quality flute can be produced which if of high quality as we use heated coils in our corrugation rollers with temperature control.

Sheet laminator – The high end sheet laminator can do pasting of printed sheet to eflute and Gflute sheets at high speeds at nearly 3000 sheets per hour which has a extended delivery pressure belt which ensures proper sandwiching of the sheets to the flute for perfect box formation with correct moisture for quick post conversion activity.

Slotter and Creaser – The plant also manufactures its own master cartons for all its packing and shipping requirements
