Everything took a start 47 years back when even the term packaging was an unseen thing to the world.

Imagine 50 years back when products were sold in an open market without even a name to them. People born in the early 60s may relate to this; even candys, peppermints, and biscuits were sold loose in so-called convenience stores.

This is where everything dates back to when Mr. Sukananda, who is fondly called Sukee by all his friends and family, started a printing press in the name of Sukee Printers. This is the very humble beginning in Cotton pet cross to print Bill books and some leaflets, etc., which later on moved to the Rajajinagar industrial area as Sukee Enterprises, handling the packaging of mono cartons. This was one of the very few setups which had this facility during that date.

Today we are called SPPL – Sukee Print Pack LLP and stand as one of India’s largest mono carton manufacturing units in the south.

Mr. Sukananda was joined by his 2 sons, Mr. Sumanth Volety and Mr. Uttam Volety, in the year 2005. The trio then decided to invest heavily in their PACKAGING DREAM, and this is where it all changed. We invested heavily in the latest equipment and infrastructure to meet the challenges of present-day brands with respect to their packaging needs.

Brands need someone who can understand their requirement to bring out winning and cost-effective solutions. These solutions not only have to be attractive to the consumer but also help the product achieve its full potential in the market and complete its full cycle.

Team SPPL strongly believes that packaging is the most important element which could make or break a brand. A brand either grows to its full potential or could disappear without even seeing the light of day; here, the packaging plays the key to the race for supremacy.

We go on to say that great packaging can make even a poor product survive in the race, but poor packaging will not even be noticed in today’s market. Here the consumer is the king and is spoilt for choices. Hence they will not even spend more than 2 mins on the shelf, before which your packaging has to kick in for him to make the purchase.
